Creighton Court is scheduled to be closed and redeveloped within the next few years, which means more than 500 residents need to find alternative housing. Family Transition Coach Nikki Patterson-Russel has been working for the past two years to help Creighton residents find affordable, quality housing options that work for them. Building trust and helping residents plan for their future can be challenging. As a former public housing resident and an experienced social worker, Nikki knows that listening to residents and speaking the truth are two of her greatest tools.
